To keep the battle environment lively and enjoyable, we will be accepting applications for group reorganization.

Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 18:00 – Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 18:00 (JST / UTC+9)

【Reorganization Date】

Friday, September 18, 2026

*Eligibility will be determined based on activity up to Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 18:00 (JST / UTC+9).

【About Exclusion Requests】

If your group has members who have been inactive for an extended period, you can submit an exclusion request via a Google Form.

Application form:

A player named in an exclusion request will only actually be removed if both of the following conditions are met:

・Has not taken a single photo during the period from Wednesday, August 19 to Tuesday, September 15, 2026

・Has captured 50 or fewer poles in total in "PicTrée Grid Grab in Hokkaido 2026 Summer"

The PicTrée Operation Team will verify the conditions and remove the player from the group only if they apply.

【Information to Enter on the Application Form】

・Your player ID

・The invitation code of the group in question

・The name of the group in question

・The player name(s) you wish to have excluded (multiple entries allowed)

【Adding Members After Reorganization】

・Each group is responsible for adding members after exclusions.

・New members will not be added through automatic matching.

ㅤ

【Important Notes】

・If a false application or an application made for harassment purposes is identified, we may take measures such as suspending the account.

・To prevent fraudulent applications, players who do not meet the conditions will not be excluded.

・After the group reorganization, the group’s invitation code will change.
