From Events at the bottom left of the game's top screen, select "NTT ME Reward Boost↑↑ Event in Tohoku, Niigata & Nagano".
Alternatively, select "Regular Season 3" from the season selector at the top left of the top screen, then look for and photograph poles marked with the reward increase icon shown below.
